The Lazy River Condo is a guest favorite! This condo boasts a roomy 900 square feet, plus a balcony overlooking the pool. Come enjoy yourself with a resort-style pool, lazy river and hot tub. The property has WIFI and a Roku 4K 55inch TV (Living Room) and Roku 32inch (bedroom). Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that includes a full size bed on the lower level. This room also includes an additional twin bed. The second bathroom is a large bathroom that can be entered from the second bedroom or through the living area. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher and includes a full complement of cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and a green space. Across the street you'll find a park with playground equipment. Kelly's Irish Pub is just on the corner and serves food late. Parking is free, and there is a parking space reserved just for you. This is a less congested area of the island and yet, everything that you need is still nearby. The walk to the beach is easy and pleasant. March 1-31, April 13-16, July 3-6 wristbands required ages 12 and older, $25.

Descent place for a good price with short walk to beach

The door code wasn’t working when we arrived but the owner was prompt in responding and arriving with a key. Would have been nice to have a couple more towels including in the kitchen but otherwise had everything we needed. Not as updated as some but more affordable.

Solid across the board, no frills, but you're not at South Padre to hang in out inside. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and kitchen was nicely appointed. Note that paper towels and coffee/ coffee filters were not provided. No big deal, we brought our own, but worth knowing. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for a week getaway

Great location to the beach access construction on access #22 however a block down is the next access. It met all our needs and was a relaxing place for our family. The flight of stairs are not the friendliest for a pregnant lady however, still not a big deal breaker.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with no issues. Extra blankets and a box fan for those of us who like white noise. The condo is located in a great area for adults and kiddos to enjoy activities. The host was very responsive and professional in our interactions. We look forward to booking again!

First visit to SPI

The condo is comfy n homey. Our view was right above the pool so it of course made us use it more. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, staff on property helpful and the area quiet and serene. We had a blast at the recommended places by the host and our minor questions were answered in a timely manner. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed at Ken's place in July, 23. Everything as described and was EXTREMELY clean. Condo was very roomy, kitchen had all pots, pans and dishes you'll need to cook. Beds and furniture were mega comfortable. Grandkids loved the Roku TV, pool and having their own bathroom. Great complex and neighborhood, very quite and friendly. Beach is a short block away and Clayton's an easy walk from there for fireworks. We really enjoyed this place and hope to stay again. Ken is a fantastic host, communication was outstanding. Thanks again for a fabulous vacation!!

Know all things before you go

The property was clean but it definitely needs to be updated. I would of wanted to know about the control of the AC before I ever signed agreement, not the day of travel because I would of never stayed. However I enjoyed the beach and the sun!!
