You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

SAPPHIRE RESORT FEES CHARGED SEPARATELY: $44/NIGHT LOW SEASON & $49/NIGHT HIHG SEASON
The owners of Sapphire #1106 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
4. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in this building. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the trash chute located in the same floor of the condo. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours.
8. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included.
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
10. Absolutely, no hanging of garments or towels to dry on the balcony railings.
11. IMPORTANT: A resort fee of up to $49 per day will be charged to renters; fees are capped at $250 and $350 during March and April. Charges will be invoiced after booking.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund. During the Spring Break and Holy Week Season, Sapphire will only accept bookings from families compose of fater, mother, kids and grandparents ONLY.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes 30 days prior or less. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Nice location
The Sapphire is an amazing resort. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Sapphire in various condos. This condo was pleasant. Nicely decorated however the walls are very stained and it does need a bit of TLC so that the condo looks as clean as it really is. All the beds were comfortable. My one complaint is that one of the bedrooms was extremely hot making it very difficult to sleep in. Great communication from the property manager. Overall we had a nice stay

Beautiful & relaxing
Such a great spot amazing views beautiful condo. Great amenities and everything you need for your stay. I loved that there was a keurig and a larger drip pot. There were plenty of supplies for the beach though it was a little to cold for ocean swimming. It was nice that we had access to the heated pool next door. Check in and check out were quick and easy, staff was very kind and helpful. We loved that there was plenty of soft blankets and a fan we love sleeping with a fan. If we make it back to South Padre again theres no doubt we would stay here again. The owners were great communicated with us every step of the way and even checked in with us during our stay.

Great vacation with satisfying accommodations
This is our first rental property stay for vacation, and it is so beyond our expectation that we properly won’t consider hotels anymore~~lol… The owner stocked everything we can think of in the apartment and more; the facilities are all well-maintained and better than they look like on the website. Even though the trip took us nearly 10 hours drive, we seriously consider to come again!

Beautiful View!
We have our annual family trip to S Padre every summer. We decided to try somewhere different this year & it was a good move. The place was exactly how described. Clean, beautiful view & had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. The pool was perfect. We enjoyed the game room and movie theater. My sons took advantage of the gym every morning. We were tempted to stay another night because we hated to leave. The hosts were easy to get a hold of with quick responses to any questions we had. Needless to say, we’ll be staying here from now on!!! 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Beach Location
Everything needed to have a wonderful vacation was provided. The umbrella rental on site was booked, but they directed us to the service next door, and they had plenty. The games room was a fun bonus - who knew how fun shuffle board and foosball would be with kids who had never played before!

Check-in was a Nightmare
After receiving multiple texts and emails. days in advance, from my host regarding a simple check-in at the front desk, there was no record of our reservation. We called the hosts number, & we were told that there was nothing they could do and we would need to call VRBO. Are you kidding me? After 12 phone calls over an hour from both the front desk & myself, another gentleman came to The Sapphire & finally allowed us to check-in. I don’t think the property owners & the front desk see eye-to-eye…neither wants to help out the guests staying at the property. We found out that 3 other families had the same issue during our stay

Summertime at the Sapphire
My family and I have stayed at the Sapphire a few times now and all of them have been very nice. This particular unit was no exception, the layout was spacious, well appointed and had all the kitchen supplies we needed for cooking in.
The pool area is always nice, it's well maintained and very large so you rarely feel crowded. The beach access is also convenient and makes coming and going easy.
Overall this condo and the Sapphire were a hit.

Amazing View
Amazing view of the ocean and property. Beautiful master suite also with view of the ocean. Access to the property next door was a plus. Pool, hot tub, and cabanas are nice. Hot tub and fountains in need of some work. Only two negatives, one of the bar stools was broken and the number of total guests you can have over your entire stay is limited.
