My room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and offered a magnificent view that added to the charm of the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. I also had the chance to dine at one of their restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious — a perfect blend of taste, quality, and presentation. Though my stay was short, the experience was rich and full of comfort, luxury, and elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the outstanding team. A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Arjun, the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, who consistently went out of his way to engage with us, asking about our day, offering great local restaurant recommendations, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time.
