"This was the worst hotel I've ever seen, we checked into the hotel and the guy in the office was RUDE and very unhelpful!! The room was awful, no TV in the room, AC didn’t work and the place was filthy!! My mom and I went to dinner and as soon as we got back to the room I was done, we packed up and found a better place to stay. I'm gonna contact hotels.com to try and get my money back!! This hotel needs to be removed from the website!!"

"We gained a traveler last minute and the front desk staff was so helpful in giving us an option for a larger room. Even with a busy check in, the staff was helpful and efficient. Housekeeping was great at getting us extra linens and towels. The shuttle service couldn’t have made our stay easier. The hotel and room were clean and nicely renovated. We will definitely stay here again when in Houston for the stock show and rodeo."

"Rude staff..gave me a rusty and greasy pan. I ask to replace them the staff says they’re all the same. I was shock. the next morning the car right next to my car 4 tires got stolen. It’s not safe to stay in this hotel. I ask to refund my money and move to an other hotel. Never stay again in this hotel. the hotel smell terrible. Absolutely not recommended."
