Great stay, cut short by power outage.

Hotel was nice, clean enough, beds were a little stiff and rolled towards the middle. Pull out couch was decent. Staff brought up extra blankets and sheets right upon check in, but the room only had 3 towels and after we called for extra, 40 minutes passed before we called again, and our task had been marked completed. They didn't know what happened but brought some up immediately. Breakfast was great, but ran out of hot water. It's cooked in front of you but they serve you. Evening had a delicious chicken tortilla soup. Only snafu is that there was a car accident the second day of our stay. We happened to be out exploring all day and came back to dark street lights and a dark hotel. The hotel had been out of power for over 9 hours already, the front desk offered a full refund whether we decided to stay or leave. We decided to leave when they confirmed no hot water. They were very kind and courteous, and beyond generous to offer the discount. We opted to leave as our kids were scared by the darkness. Would stay again.

This a non- smoking hotel, but some others were smoking marihuana inside the rooms. The smell comes out of some rooms. Hotel permits dogs inside, that means the dogs sleep on the beds and sofas. That’s not healthy and really clean. The sofa was too dirty.

Great place to stay!

We decided to take a trip to the bay and didn’t want to have to get up super early to get there. So we spontaneously decided to find a hotel closer to sf than where we live, a place to stay without an extreme price. I would say that the price for this room was reasonable for what we got. I looked at a lot of available hotels in the area and this one has some of the best reviews, which are all fairly accurate from our experience. The best were so much comfortable then other places we’ve stayed, sheets were clean, pillows were nice. Clean bathrooms, decent amount of towels, soap, lotion, etc. The people at the front desk were so kind and provided great customer service. I don’t know if this is an all the time perk, but we received a complimentary drink at the bar, and a complimentary appetizer. We didn’t end up using them because we were really tired but I thought that was a really nice. I do feel I should include this interaction, it has nothing to do with the hotel and its staff. So take this with a grain of salt. When we first arrived and were walking to the elevator, three individuals came out of the elevator, stoped and looked at us and just stood there. We weren’t in their way at all, they acted as though they had never seen a man with a beard and a girl with tattoos. Granted they were older individuals, but they wouldn’t move, we had to say excuse me twice before they moved. Supper odd. Other than that all other guests were friendly. We will be come back and recommend!
