I stay here 1-2 times a month for overnight. I always bring my dogs. Usually I see no issues. This time the screen door was broken and off the track. Also the light by the pet area was burned out. I did notify staff. I will be there in the next week so I will see if they fixed the light. Overall, this is a great hotel and is usually my first choice when I travel with my dogs.

I have stayed many times. This was the first time I have been so dissatisfied in my choice. Room was not clean furniture was torn and internet was unable to connect to my device. As an innkeeper myself I understand little things happening now and then but not wiping counter tops and vacuuming floors is just lazy.
