Room had no makeup/shaving mirror. No lotion was provided and because we flew with a carryon, we could not bring lotion. We stayed two nights and never saw Housekeeping, we were told you have to stay three nights for Housekeeping. No parking was available so we had to pay $35/ night to use there garage/valet. On our last night 1/31, a Homeless man was trying to check-in using some card that was not working. Street parking is rare and the area has homeless encampments. We will not stay there again.

Courteous staff and check in was wonderful. Clean, updated room. Shower is awful. It does not get hot and the shower head is very uncomfortable with weak output. Breakfast was very stale tasting and not replenished appropriately.
