We got put in new section which was fine, except they rushed construction. 1/2 the lights didnt work, 1/2 the outlets didnt work. Door cards for main building didnt work, so homeless people where roaming the halls. No coffee offered after 11am even with room service. I guess people only drink alcohol

The property overall was adequate for the cost, which we thought was a bit high for being right off HWY 101, with a fair amount of freeway noise. However, upon arrival, we were given a double queen room with a large, bright yellow spot on the carpet, visible right when you opened the door. Additionally, my husband discovered a used drink cup sitting on the floor right by the arm chair. Although towels and soaps were new, it was clear to us the room had not really been cleaned. The front desk was helpful, but prefaced there response with "short on staff." We realize covid has left many businesses critically hindered with lack of staff, but in the hospitality indusrty in particular, if you don't have the staff, don't book the rooms. Especially for nearly $500 a night. In their favor, they did swap us two separate, better appointed, rooms with king beds (we were a party of 4) for the double queen but we had to tell them we were going to check out and wanted a refund before they offered the change.

The property itself is very nice. The lobby is inviting and the front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming.. The supervisor, Chris, helped me when my cab didn’t show up and didn’t just hand off the problem to me The room I was in was clean, spacious, comfortable and well thought out. I’ll definitely return to this property agsin
