We checked out and found an alternative place to stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely disappointed that there was black mold growing in multiple spots within the bathroom.

We walked in and dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor, they were discolored and smelled like they had mildew growing on them. We had to keep the room window open for 6 hours just to air out the smell, the staff seemed rather unconcerned when we told them about this. We asked for new towels, and they gave us damp ones from the dryer. I tried to PAY for wifi, and none of the staff knew how to find the page that would allow me to give them money. VERY disappointed.

The customer service at the hotel was good. But when I entered my room, I was not happy at all. There was roaches and spiders and the room just looked unclean. The shower was not up to part, it just wasn't a pleasant stay
