Parking area is excellent. The receptionist was very nice. When I got to my room, I turned the TV on and nothing happened. I tried several different things an still no TV. I went to the hotel desk to tell them and she immediately called the service manager. I returned to my room and shortly the mgr arrived and he found the problem. That was GREAT.

I’d book again

Room was clean, staff was nice, bed was comfy. I hated the toilet it was soooo low and the tub was such a far step down to get out of it and nothing to hold onto. Also the tub had some cosmetic issues going on but overall it was a good situation.

Building was old and out of date but clean. Road back to the property had abandoned buildings and unmaintained roads. Gentlemen that checked us in and ladies that checked us out were friendly and professional. Parking lot was well lit. Would definitely stay again

Front desk clerk gave me zero attention upon entering lobby. Apparently consumed by another customer with issues. Weeds growing in parking area. Overflowing trash cans in common areas. Very bumpy road entering this area of hotel, seems like neglected area with abandoned construction areas. Not happy with stay.

One night stay in Somerset

Although there is no breakfast offered at this hotel, there are a few choices for breakfast a short drive away-Eat'N Park, Summit Diner or Dunkin Donuts. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was nice. They obviously are remodeled rooms with a few obvious details that are older. We were given a room in the very back and I would recommend getting a room farther away from the PA Turnpike though especially if you are a light sleeper.
