We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air conditioning but the windows open. There is a shared kitchen, a games room and a living area available for guest. Breakfast was basic but fine. This place is good value."
