"Location was perfect to catch some shows at the arena only about a 6 minute walk. Room was fine but needed some love, there were some scuff marks on the walls , the shelf with the TV wasn’t dusted in a while and could see a film of dust not a huge deal as i wiped it down with a tissue but still. ..."
