Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this accommodation offers ample room for everyone to unwind and savor a fantastic vacation on N Topsail Island.

The first level boasts lovely views and includes a King bedroom, a living area equipped with a TV, and a dining space that accommodates 6, plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. Prepare delicious meals in the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. You can dine indoors or on the deck, which features a picnic table. A washer and dryer, along with a full bathroom, are also available on this floor. The second level comprises 3 additional bedrooms, and WI-FI is accessible throughout the property.

Awaken to stunning sunrises from the oceanfront King bedroom and enjoy your coffee on your private deck. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed along with two bunks for the kids. Each bedroom is fitted with a TV and carpeted for comfort. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor.

Great place if YOU like to clean!

We were very disappointed when we arrived after driving 10.5+ hours to discover we needed to go BUY a bunch of cleaning supplies to “reclean” this place. A previous review from about 7 months ago stated that the place needed a deep clean. I assumed that issue would have been taken care of but it didn’t look like the walls had been wiped down in well over a year. I understand this place is pet friendly, but there was pet hair all over the dining chairs. The trim had dust, hair, and grime all over. The floors may have been mopped, but were greasy feeling and still had dirt everywhere, even a dirty q tip laying on the floor. This place needs a serious deep clean. We are not clean freaks by any means, but it was just very disappointing to travel with expectations to relax and to then feel like we needed to wipe down every single thing before we touched it. It was barely surface clean - there were crumbs all over the tables and counter. The shower upstairs drained extremely slow. Also wanted to note, this place is pretty much the landlord special, everything had a rough coat of white paint to try to look nice. We made the best of the situation, it really is in a great location. We spent most of our time on the beach which was just steps away. The kitchen was stocked with dishes so we could cook. This place really could be a cute place to stay if it were to go through some serious cleaning.

The location of the property was great - the ability to get down to the beach without having to jump over & climb up a dune was much appreciated! We had plenty of room for our family of 9. And while a little updating should occur, nothing interrupted our great time!!

The home is nice right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. I just feel like it could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. It is surface clean but needs a deep clean.

Morning sunrise

Easy walk from the house to the beach with coffee in hand to see the sunrise every morning. Also the option to look off the bedroom balcony. Close to Surfcity as well as the main land. Great experience. A few mattresses need to be update. Over all a beautiful place to stay.

Amazing beach sunrise view.

We spent a week here. It was out first time to the Atlantic with our children after traveling to the gulf coast the last several years. Our children and us loved it. The house was nice and the neighbors were great. We would be glad to come back and spend more time in the future. Put this place on your list and be sure to visit.
