"Great location, really beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area. Beach right across the road. Quiet and chilled place, relaxing to have a holiday there or pass through. We only stayed one night. Newly decorated, nice unit. Clean and had what we needed. Bedroom had amazing views of the sea. Easy check in and friendly staff. Was kindly lent a spade to go to Hot Water Beach. Given helpful info about places nearby. Only negative was that I was told the sofa bed was very comfortable, but 2 adults struggled a bit to sleep on it, because apparently some kids must have been stepping on it and it had bent out of shape. Sofa bed needs fixing or replacing. Overall enjoyed our stay. "
