"Family and I Will never stay in that place again. We will tell our other family members and friends not to book that place to stay. Pay extra to stay in a safe and loving environment for your peace of mind.The room had a VERY BAD ODOR . Call the front desk a man came and said he didn’t smell nothing but my husband’s cologne. He sprayed three puffs of air freshener and left the room. The door didn’t close tightly. The crack in door kept it from closing properly. Breakfast was apples wafers, juices, milk & cereal. No MEATS you were left on your own in the breakfast room. No person on duty while me ,my husband and a family from Florida were in the breakfast room. No individual carton of milk for cereal. Just one gallon jug in fridge. No elevator for handicap person and the stairs were rusted.I checked the bed sheets and they looked as if someone just pressed them out with their hands and remade the bed. The pillows were circled with stains. I’m planning to get in touch with health department on Monday to share my experience I had there. Spoke with a family traveling from Florida and they too had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"The room,Bed shower all terrible. Was not clean and smelled horrible, we cleaned the room after we bought items to take care of it as well as scented plug ins. The room and the entire hotel smelled like marijuana.. If we could have gotten our money back as soon as we arrived we would have and found somewhere else to stay. We will not ever stay there again."

"The room was clean, but the Roku was difficult to navigate, and the bathroom, while handicap accessible, has no shelving for toiletries. No place to put razor, shampoo, body wash, etc. The walls were bare of decor and everything was in shades of gray. As it rained almost the entire time we were there, it was depressing. Why not paint the rooms in lighter blues, warmer peach tones, soft yellow? Absolutely have blackout curtains for sleeping, but when people are up, and stuck indoors, they like a little cheer. As for the staff, when we visited in the early 2000s, the reception desk was helpful and gave good recommendations. This time, my husband was met with blank stares... It was actually housekeeping who went out of their way to help us with little things like towels and pillows. They were very sweet and approachable when I saw them on their cleaning rounds. We would probably stay there again, but would book earlier for a room with a view of the water."
