This is a fairly old property that has been maintained adequately. The lobby and common areas and hallways were fairly dated and rundown, but I found the room to be very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was standard issue; nothing spectacular, but certainly clean. The staff was incredibly responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and in the end, I was just grateful to obtain a room during what was a very busy weekend due to a concert nearby.

Red Lion has been around a long time. The Ellensburg red lion needs some serious updating for the price they charge. Went down for breakfast. Coffee was more like Luke warm water. Waffle makers…no batter. We left. No go…

The hotel served its purpose of keeping us safe and dry, but otherwise there's not much there. Breakfast is limited and not very healthy and the room needs a remodel. The bathroom door didn't close well, paint was chipped everywhere, the hairdryer barely functioned.

Our room had a view of a brick wall. The toilet screamed every time it was flushed. Breakfast was almost nonexistent… And missing many items not very clean. Pool was closed. Workout room was closed. Overall the worst we’ve stayed at in a long, long time… Will likely never stay there again.
