there was a small amount of mold on the ceiling above the shower and the grout and corners of the bathroom floor were not clean, the room was clean but showing its age. The biggest problem was the people above us were making a LOT of noise sounding like they were jumping from the furniture and running up and down the hallway and after I called and complained 3 times between 9pm and 11pm the woman at the front desk said she could not do anything about it and I would have to just live with it. I called again at just about midnight and the guy at the desk went back up there and everything went quiet for a while and I was able to fall asleep but they started up again and kept my wife awake all night. When I asked the women earlier to do something about it she said she would not be able to do anything and I said tell them to leave and she said she was not able to do that either. I will not stay at that hotel ever again I feel that for the price of the room you should not be told to just put up with a noisy person above you and feeling like the front desk clerk does not really care if you have a good stay or not.
