Not sure how this hotel has such a high rating. We picked it based on reviews. The room was $199 per night which was overpriced for the type of hotel/room/location compared to others in the area. Room seemed quiet enough except for the 230 am train. They did not allow us to prearrange early check-in even tho they offered it to us if you paid the fee. Be aware the pics are not accurate. Hotel is very old and outdated. Seemed to be clean but there were stains on the carpet and the room had a musty smell. Beds are full size not queen. Towels were thin. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Would not stay here again.

Although a little on the old side, Surestay was clean and the staff was friendly & professional. The free breakfast was fine: nothing great, nothing bad and it checked all of my nutritional boxes. It was very convenient to CWU, I'd stay here again and I would recommend it.
