"This was not my first stay at this hotel. I chose to return because of the positive experience I had during previous visits. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and fell well below my expectations. I would like to thank Mr. Aykut at the front desk. During our last night, he was kind and attentive to my requests and inquiries. His excellent service helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience. The most frustrating issue occurred on our first night. I was traveling with my sister and my 4-month-old baby. We ran out of water, so my sister went to the front desk while I stayed in the room trying to calm my baby and waiting the water to prepare a milk bottle. The receptionist refused to provide a bottle of water and directed her to the restaurant instead. At the restaurant, she was told she had to pay immediately before receiving the water. She asked if the charge could be added to our room and settled at checkout, but the request was refused. Even after explaining that there was a crying infant in the room waiting for a bottle to be prepared, no one was willing to help or offer a practical solution. I found this lack of empathy very disappointing. Also, as a guest traveling with a baby stroller, I often struggled to enter and leave the hotel. Staff rarely offered help unless we specifically asked for it, even when security personnel were nearby. While I appreciate Mr. Aykut's help and kindness, the overall level of service did not match the expected."

"Really lovely hotel in a quiet location which is great for a good night at sleep away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Taksim. Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. I would definitely stay here again."

"I was truly surprised by how perfect the location is. The hotel is right in the center of everything, making it easy to walk to many of Istanbul’s main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The location could not be better. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and felt comfortable throughout my visit. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Everything was great. The only thing I can only complain about it is that the AC in my room wasn’t working. I went there to her surgery and I put the Hilton because he has a very good reputation and is supposed to be comfortable however the AC in my room was broken. I have to call the people to fix it a couple of times. It’s not the conditions I want to be when you are going to surgery and you just wanna chill and recover room temperature was sometimes 28°. I was swearing it was very uncomfortable. You definitely don’t fly 12 hours to get surgery and chill in a room that is 28°."
