Seems earthquake-ready in some sense for the area it’s in. That’s why I chose it and guess what: it’s still one piece! So 5/5 in that sense.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location close to Osmanbey metro station, only downside is you need to walk up a steep hill to get to the the station and the main road this can be difficult if you are walking with a suitcase or a baby pram but I figured out this can be easily solved by taking the hourly bus just by the hotel and getting of the next stop.

I felt at home

I recently stayed at Actuel Life Hotel, and overall, I had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. I felt at home, thank you.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days as a family of three. The location was not bad, but if you plan to walk, be prepared to climb about 150 meters uphill or stairs. This was especially difficult with a stroller. The hotel does not have laundry service. The hair dryer was not working properly, and the ventilation in the room was quite weak. In my opinion, the room cleanliness was also below expectations. Overall, the stay was average.

It was truly a wonderful experience

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a positive energy. The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. You really feel special here. Many thanks to everyone who contributed hope to see you again soon

Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service

My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.
