"Parking was full, the room I booked “was not available” because the rooms were over sold. The employee was at the bar watching a basketball game & didn’t want to help us. He was totally unapologetic, and rude. I was unable to speak to the manager until Saturday evening, who gave me Hilton points to make things better, and said he would talk to the employee. Upon checkout, I saw the same employee wandering around and socializing with other employees in other areas. Somebody came to the desk & stood there for awhile & finally sat down on a couch to wait for him to come. Afterwards, he continued wandering, and each person had to wait for him to come back to do his job. The shower floors were cracked in both rooms that our party had, and there was food under the wall night stand that hadn’t been cleaned previously. It was a frustrating stay."
