My longtime friend and I booked one night. We are both in mid 60’s and my friend is wearing a leg brace. We had to walk up very steep steps, no male staff offered to help carry our suitcases. The beds are terrible, mattress lumpy and sunken in and squeaky. No coffee, no screens in windows to prevent birds or animals from coming in. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Polyester sheets on day bed.
