My stay was perfect. The room was just what I needed, I was less than one full block from the venue (literally crossed two streets) and there was plenty to do (although life is usually so crazy, I stayed in my room and was a hermit lol). The staff was wonderful — warm and welcoming. 10s across the board!!!

Room cleaning was a miss..never emptied ice bucket and replace glasses or coffee cups. Did not replace coffee and left dirty ice bucket tray… did not replace empty shower gel. Front desk, bistro employees, and security staff are awesome. Had bad shower value in room 404, staff got me in new room in 30 mins. And offered to move everything for me. Much appreciated!!
