The lotion was empty. There wasn’t even a soap dish (on which to place the hand soap). The TV had no signal for our entire stay. The woman taking breakfast orders was rude and cold. There are two elevators at the hotel, one of which was “out of service” and the other, rumbled at destination floor before doors would open. However Rosemary (overnight shift) at the desk is fabulous! Overall, as a Hilton Honors member, I’m disappointed.

We had to stay nearby the hospital for several days to support my sister. We had my 20 year old daughter who has special needs and my 3 year old niece who was out of sorts while her mom spent her days in the hospital. The staff was so kind and supportive it helped us make the best of a tough situation. The pool was well- heated so our little niece could really enjoy it - clean and plenty of towels. The room was large and we all slept well as it was quiet all three nights we were there. While they don’t have complimentary breakfast we found what they have for sale was very reasonable and good. And free coffee/tea in the lobby every morning really helped. Great place during a tough time - thank you.

Room was decent until my butterfly earrings went MISSING on Saturday. I went out of the hotel room to a funeral from 8am till afternoon and I forgot to take all of my jewelry. Check cameras because a STAFF worker must of entered even though I put the do not disturb on the door. I know this because my earrings was there and now gone; someone went through my personal belongings and stole my earrings!! Really disappointing!!!!

Front desk staff, maids, and the room were excellent. The room was comfy and spotless. The breakfast was subpar. First of all they charged us, it was not free. Secondly the food was terrible. Greasy omelette on a paper plate. Waited FOREVER for food. No coffee in urn. Filled 20 minutes after we arrived. Woman taking orders and serving acted like we were inconveniencing her. Very few people there so it's not like they were overwhelmed.
