Fantastic hotel and lovely helpful staff. Amazing room stayed in the deluxe. Only downside was that hotel bar was not open and the pool was shut for our stay. But we were able to use bar and indoor pool in other Disney hotel

Disney's Hollywood Hotel
Room was clean, staff was great, food options were incredible, excellent stay! The pools were all empty (including at other hotels) because of the offseason, but other than that, would love to come back! Everyone was extremely kind and the food was delicious!

Horrible condition of the hotel, dirty rooms, no supplies and no even water provided. Strong smell in the rooms. Staff is very unfriendly, morning buffet is just horrible and the same every day. We visited once a dinner buffet at this hotel and it was very poor for 50$ per person plus surcharge. ...
