The room was clean and well-appointed. The location of the hotel is good. The problem is that the hotel is huge - 1000 rooms. This translates to loooooong wait to check in - looooooon wait to get a crowded elevator, etc.

It’s not really convenient because you need to walk a lot when you go out to the street for eating. I have my mom and she is 98 years old and it is a little bit difficult for her to walk when you change the escalator. I am satisfied the size and the price of the room.

Overall the hotel and staff are great, only dislike are the elevators. very confusing and it you are meeting people early in the morning before 7am you have to walk acrossed the parking lot to have access to get to the ground floor!!!!
