The adjoining rooms for our family of 4 adults was wonderful! Living room, dining area between the two rooms. The rooms were spacious & the beds so comfortable. Moreover, there was an efficient, silent washer-dryer in the bathroom, great for our 3-night stay. Overall, highly recommended!

I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars on Hotels.ca I have been very nomadic for decades and have stayed in a lot of hotels and the Hopewell Hotel does EVERYTHING right! The rooms are so comfortable and there are so many little things that are done well. Great bedding, an amazing shower, excellent amenities, a Nespresso machine for use free of charge and free water every day and great room cleaning every day. The breakfast room was huge and had a large array of both Asian and Western options and omelettes to order, and delicious waffles, pancakes as well as health concious options. This hotel has over 1000 rooms and their reception desk handled it all without any stress and with efficiency. It was so nice spending 3 nights at this amazing hotel and highly recommend this property.

The hotel is convenient to a certain extent but not so if you are travelling with elderly who has limited walking capabilities. Service is not consistent - staff helping to get cab and housekeeping are providing good service consistently, people at the check in and breakfast place are not really so. The hotel can provide more information on how to get around more conveniently since majority of the public transport to other parts of the HK is located a few streets behind the hotel. Overall, the hotel stay has been pretty reasonably good

A great choice for a comfortable stay! The facilities are brand new and the rooms are spotless. I loved the memory foam pillows (available upon request) and the super comfy bed. The staff are the highlight here—very friendly and always ready to help. They also arranged a taxi service for my trip to the airport, which was very convenient. There's a mall and plenty of restaurants are right downstairs. It’s also a short, easy walk to the subway. I would definitely stay here again!
