"We had a room with 2 beds. One of the beds, you could feel the springs through the mattress. The bathroom smelled mildewy. The breakfast was mostly pre-packaged items that were not very tasty. It was not a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"The lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and inviting. Staff was friendly, nice and pleasure to talk too. Rooms were a different story. Absolutely disappointing, mold on ceiling, broken shower head, frame on mirror falling off, TV stopped working many times, but the worst was the blood splatter on the wall. The hotel can do much better. Would probably never stay there or any Clarion Hotels again after this."
