The room had a strange smell almost like it was a smoking room a month ago even though it was listed as a non smoking room. Overall services and amenities were lacking compared to similarly priced hotels we have stayed in. We were disappointed in the overall quality of this hotel.

Did no like is durty and it stink in here. The tv remote not working and the rooms telefone not working , and the road is bad , it is not woth $140.00 sorry

Needs a lot of work. Old. Good beds but dresser, lamps, tv needs refurbishing. No cable tv channels. No abc, cbs, nbc etc.....breakfast offered was toast, coffee and juice...not worth the value asked for. Hopefully will be better when I return in january👍

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Check in time was 3pm....they were unable to check me in due to a payment problem with booking agency and told room wasn’t quite cleaned yet. So after eating in parking lot while waiting, went back up to room at 4pm and STILL was not done....at that point I just asked her to let me in room because I had plans and needed to change!! Carpet felt wet, bathroom had someone else’s hair in it, and was just extremely disappointed. Stayed ONE night there and went to check out and they didn’t even have my name in their system AT ALL to even be able to check out!!! So told her what room I was in and that it was dirty!!! I paid $142.00 for ONE night which was absolutely ridiculous for the conditions the room was in, the hotel itself is in, and the fact that I was never even in their system at all during check in or out!! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever book a room there again!!!

Truly Disappointed

This hotel was absolutely horrible. I am truly disappointed. We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights for a total of $360. This place wasn't worth 20 dollars. The rooms were dirty. We found old shoes in one and pubic hairs on the sink in the other. We had to switch one room because the heater was loud. The hotel was used as a drop off point for police to take people off the streets when it's cold. Walking down the hallway all you hear are people yelli g and arguments. Room doors slamming throughout the night and the breakfast is horrible. I am truly upset that this hotel cost this much and that Travelocity is willing to help promote them. I've been in hotels that were rated 2 before but this is a lot worst than a 2. Don't do it to yourself. Pay extra and stay away.
