Quality Inn Shelburne - Burlington
"The desk staff was friendly and helpful, but that didn’t make up for the physical experience and property. The room smelled like smoke even though it is a “100%” smoke free” facility. The floor was uneven and made noise and shook the dresser when you walked in the room. There is no elevator (I was traveling with two 80-somethings). The stairs were uneven and the railings were not as long as the stairs. There was an “upgrade” kitchen attached to our room but the appliances were all decades old - the oven had burn marks and didn’t look safe to use. The bathroom door didn’t latch shut. Apparently, they had begun painting the room but there was painting tape left in various places and there were paint swatches on the walls and unfinished work around the room. … The water pressure and hot water were both good and the beds were comfortable. … The worst part was the smell in the room.
