Front desk staff was friendly, a bit too complimentary at times. They put us in an ADA accessible room we didn’t need, and the people staying next door were very loud both nights.

It’s an ok hotel but it could be problematic if you’re a light sleeper. Part of the hotel is next to what sounds like a compressor or HVAC unit and the rooms have a constant high pitched whine in them that’s not possible to eliminate. Every room in this area has that noise. Also, my bed was bad. It legit hurt and they needed to replace it.

the hotel staff drove my vehicle into a parking garage and tore the entire roof rack system off the car. the roof caved in and ripped off the antenna. destryoed my roof rack and tore off the side rails .

Staff was great during check-in/out. Hotel is lovely, clean, etc. I was in a 4th floor room and there was this weird constant thrum. It wasn't the heater/fan - which kicked on AND off. This thrum was constant- like a mechanism in the wall or ceiling. Unfortunately, it wasn't soothing like white noise.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms (2, one for myself and one for family) were clean. For the price however, both rooms faced a wall! There was complimentary coffee for breakfast. The description seemed so much grander than reality. Disappointing

My daughter and I have had the pleasure of staying with you several times as we love the shows at the Flynn theatre. The location is perfect, staff are always so pleasant and the rooms are both clean and comfortable. Thank you once again for a fabulous weekend
