To start, our arrival got delayed so we messaged them through the hotels.com app, no response. Later I emailed them, still no response. Upon arrival we received a cold check in, I asked about not responding and received an unsatisfactory answer. Yes they did receive my messages but just couldn’t be bothered. We were given the room literally 2 metres from the check-in desk and beside the front door. This ground floor room had a window onto the street with street noise as well as the front lobby noise with a loud door. The room was so small that if it was any smaller the bed would be on the street. This was our worst room experience in years and we travel a lot. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.
