Customer service taken to another level

We stayed at this hotel for three nights to celebrate a special birthday, and our expectations were exceeded. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival, complete with a complimentary glass of cava, to our departure, the customer service was exemplary. There has been a very high degree of training for all team members who all demonstrated a professional and personable attitude. This level of customer service is the norm on a high end cruise ship but rarely do you see it in a hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, crisp linens, complimentary water, and a coffee machine. A large walk-in rain shower and Japanese toilet added to the overall comfort of our stay. We had an atrium room, which was very quiet. The breakfast option was well worth the inclusion. Not only was it in a lovely setting, but the buffet was outstanding with a fabulous array of dishes that were tweaked daily. The rooftop bar was also worth a visit. You could relax by the pool, enjoy drinks in the evening, or even dine with a magical view of the cathedral as it lit up at night. We also appreciated the very reasonable prices for drinks and food in the hotel, which were comparable to local bars and restaurants. The H10 Hotel truly deserves its high customer rating.

Fantastic hotel right on the heart of Seville. Parking is not easy and I suggest research before you arrive. Hotel is beautiful and rooms spectacular. Breakfast outstanding and rooftop pool and bar wonderful.

Had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel. The location is brilliant - easy walking to many of the sights, restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails and service at the rooftop bar. Only negative is not enough sun loungers by the pool.

Excellent hotel - the very best I’ve stayed in Sevilla!!! Super centralized to all main attractions and the staff could not be nicer, kinder and professional. My wife got sick one night and they prepared a nice soup for her- gem of a hotel, like all H10s! Will say here again for sure when I come back!!

Gem of a hotel!

Excellent location...in a pedestrian zone. A little inconvenient when arriving and leaving as you will need to walk 2-5 minutes with all your luggage. But the hotel was alert and so helpful with our bags. Thanks to Alejandro and Fran. Great selection for breakfast. Well appointed rooms. Beds a little soft and thank you for the abundant pillows. Superlatives for a gem of a hotel. It is the human touch that truly makes an unforgettable stay at a hotel. Thank you for a most memorable experience.
