The staff made me feel at home: encouraging and helping me with my Spanish, letting me hang out and inviting me to tea & snacks after checkout since I had a late flight. Not to mention the lovely pride of peacocks that gathered in the Real Alcázar gardens just below my window: it warmed this bird nerds’ heart to hear the baby and adult peacocks talk amongst themselves!

This was an incredibly perfect hotel for what we needed. Amazing service from all the staff but especially Paula! We were able to check in early upon arrival and stow our baggage until late afternoon on the way out. Location was excellent. Such a warm friendly place to stay and the breakfast was amazing! Hope to stay again!

We really loved staying here and loved room 13. The balcony with the parrots in the morning are really interesting. Only challenge was the hotel is on central heat and air so we could not turn on the AC at night. Only the heat was coming in. Spent a lot of time with the balcony door open to get cooler air.

Very very nice and friendly staff who takes care of you like family:) we loved the breakfast esp the homemade porridge, even though a selection of a few items the overall breakfast experience was so so special! Like grandma’s kitchen:) The stay was very comfortable. The location is the best coz it’s just a few yards away from the palace and Cathedral! Had the most relaxing time with lazy lunches and dinners at nearby streets lined up with restaurants!

Hotel is very well located close to Alcazar and Catedral. Everything in Seville is easy walking. Only issue wirh hotel is we had a good ground floor room but couldn't open the windows as lots of little midges and ants due to moisture and plants directly outside. I think the Hotel is aware of problem. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed and bathroom all top rate.

Excellent Hotel!

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. But it's the staff that were exceptional - so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel, and we travel a lot - no beige buffet breakfast here! It's a very special, fresh ingredients, made to order, and such a generous choice. Wonderful! Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Seville.

Noise from outside the room and floors above was loud at all hours. Ants were in the room coming from the courtyard. Was not pleased with the stay. I booked it as it said it was a four star hotel, definitely was not what I expected. Very disappointed. Great location, but that was the only plus. Would not stay again.

We were made very welcome at this hotel and felt at home immediately. we were given very helpful information and throughout our stay of 6 days the staff were most helpful in both suggesting and ffacilitating our sightseeing and dining. Any requests at the hotel were dealt with very promptly and pleasantly. the room was comfortable and well equpped. we were particularly pleased with the quality of the breakfast and afternoon tea which suited our sightseeing schedule very well.
