Very difficult to register online with all passport photos etc..the site is not user friendly and very slow and archaic. Took me several attempts over two days then sent a email confirmation to see if done right and received. No response. I also called several times and the person that answered wasn’t helpful. Would not release code to enter building until check in time of 3 pm even though we arrived in Sevilla at 1:30. Didn’t get code until 4pm as they said still cleaning. Not very organized. Would NOT stay here again

We had a great private terrance, however it was simply too hot to enjoy it. Sevilla had extremely hot weather dueing our short stay. Bed was very comfortable and the personnel was very quick to come repair a broken kitchen cabinet door.

We arrived early around 1 pm, asked for early check-in and the receptionist told us we can as soon as cleaning the unit is completed. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It is close to Santa Justa train station (15 minutes walk). All tourist spots are within the walking distance. Our unit was ground level and it was a bit noisy in the morning. Bathroom was spacious and clean, I highly recommend slow suites Sevilla.

Parking was a bit challenging because the parking lot they recommended was full, but we waited for a spot. We ended up parking on the fifth level which wasn’t covered, but that was OK. At least we got in and it was only a two minute walk to the hotel

You have to make sure to do the online filling of all visitors, before you get there. Our room was in front of the street, and some noise was heard throughout the night. Cleanliness could have been a little better and one of the kitchen chairs was falling apart. The room was comfortable overall. It was very well located, walking distance to all the major attractions in Seville. Not even 5 minutes from Setas. Many places to eat and drink nearby.

The apartment was next to the staff bathroom so there was the smell. They had plenty of perfume trying to compensate but is still annoying. Limited things in the room. For example, there was one single wine glass. You can live without it, but it gives you the idea. The last day we needed to leave the luggage until our flight. No great options. They have some lockers for extra fee, but only a few of them so they were taken. Beds are not that comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, might be an issue. Other than that, is ok. The review is for apartment 01 at ground floor. Other apartments might be different.

The apt had a mold smell to it- it was clean- it was loud, I don’t mean sound from outside, but inside the building- a courtyard in the middle, one set of people taking at 2 am, another at 7 am- it was organized, doors unlocked at 3 pm like they said- at night time smell of garlic all over the apt-

Love Seville overall, the hotel was great. Staff were nice, room was amazing ans its in the center so everything is easy to qalk to and if not there are renteable scooters and taxis which are pretty inexpensive to take!
