Good accomodations

Had a good weekend with family. Cabin was clean, slept our group comfortably. Host was very accommodating & responsive. I must say if you have disabilities, the stairs are a bit much.

Great Location - wonderful stay

The owners have definitely spent time and money updating this home. When we arrived, the home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. When we had questions, the host was very responsive. We have stayed in many different cabins in the area, and highly recommend this home.

Cleanliness

The basement floor was not cleaned. Several beds had pubic hairs and stains, we had to wash all the bedding. The owners was notified and replied quickly. Dirty bedding is a massive failure on the cleaning company, stains that COULD be urine or ?? Small issues: ice maker did not work, dishwasher had parts laying in the bottom. The home is is need of repair.

We spent a nice weekend in the house in the Smoky Mountains. Several things that we would have appreciated would have been more soap/body wash, trash bags for the kitchen, coffee for the coffee machine, towel hangers in the bathroom

Secluded, and quiet, but just a few minutes to all the attractions at Pigeon Forge.

Great place for family get together. Looks to be newly remodeled, new appliances. Did see a moma bear and her 2 cubs in the driveway, it's definitely bear country. The only small complaint would be the squeaky and sticky doors, overall this great place to relax and enjoy some family time.

Vacation time

We enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the refrigerator but it was taken care promptly. We got to see the wildlife in the area. I had a great time and i would recommend it to others

Need of major repairs and cleanliness

I feel like my family and I were taken advantage of with the price of this cite. We paid over 5000 for this place for 4 nights. This place was not clean. The down stairs bathroom an animal sprayed on the wall and floor. The doors in the bedroom down stairs were broken, cabinets for lazy Susan was fallen off hinges. the entire inside of home needs repainted there were marks on every wall. The recliner chair did not work. Ice machine for Fridgerator did not work. Shower on second floor water could not be regulated. Ice machine in fridge did not work. Had problems with the automatic door lock in the front to relock because the catch was loose. There were no cleaning supplies. Only 2 garbage bags for the kitchen. The Weber grill didn’t operate properly. The fire pit was partially broken. Two huge potholes on left and right side of driveway. The photographer earned their money. Very disappointed and embarrassed because I booked this cite for my family thanksgiving.

Good property needs sprucing up!

Arrived after check-in time and was excited to be in the Smokies. Cabin had plenty of room for all of us. We were happy with the well supplied kitchen. Only problem was lack of dish towels. More bath towels and washcloths would have been good. Our main complaint was dirty floors throughout and the dirty walls, baseboards and floor in upstairs bathroom. Whatever the amount management company charges for cleaning was too much and not getting money's worth.

Beautiful House

We stayed a week in this house. There were 6 adults and two children and one elderly Shih Tzu. There was plenty of room for us to have our own space and to gather together when we wanted. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and as described. There is a room downstairs with a pool table and other games we enjoyed on a rainy day. If you are looking for privacy, this is your place. A couple of cabins were nearby, but we could not see them through the woods. The fire ring and outside area was fabulous place to gather. We had a plumbing issue while there, no fault of the owner, the management company responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day. Our only minor recommendation would be a couple more rocking chairs at the front of the house so that we could gather there.

Nice stay!

Our stay was fantastic had a very nice time, but the only thing we didn’t like about it were only two things. 1st: the house was pretty dirty ( like floors, dishes were stained and spider webs all over only a few but still very visible) 2nd: the wifi sucked, of course we where up in the mountains but I still think it could be better. But overall, we loved it and I would recommend.

Girl's Trip

Wasn't hard to find, but it's a one lane uphill drive on Trace Way. The cabin was nicely put together and clean. Kitchen was a great size. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Loved our stay!

Close to the pigeon forge attractions

We liked that it was surrounded by woods and you got the mountain feel but could be at the shops and restaurants in 10 minutes. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and game room.
