Microwave in room dirty. Manager rude , paid in full he came to my room bam on the door and said I should of been check out . Pool was drain , the worst experience I had ever had at a hotel.

The staff was very helpful, they did all they could do. The Hampton building was not up to usual standards. The room was smaller than all the other Hamptons we have stayed in. When I made the reservation with Expedia I told them what I needed and I was told I would have it. (2beds accessible with handles in the shower). They have no accessible with 2 beds in the building. My mother is 94 so I wanted to make sure these things were in place. We do not sleep in the same bed. If my request was not possible I should have been told so from the beginning.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that Expedia did not book you in an accessible room or inform you that your requests could not be met. We at the hotel saw the request on your reservation and tried to contact you prior to arrival to let you know a fully accessible room with a roll-in shower was not available during your stay but we did have a mobility access room with a tub and a single king bed and a pull out sofa instead of 2 queen beds in the standard room you had reserved. I'm sorry we did not meet your needs.

Very comfortable. Use GPS to find way back - Winfield Dunn (no left turn from 411) used 66/North Park. In room hot tub relaxing.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived around 430 pm and check in was at 3 pm. I was told by front desk staff member we could go out to site see or eat etc until room would be ready in another hr or so. I asked to speak to the manger (who was very nice) and she worked it out so we could have another room, which was greatly appreciated after a 12 hr drive. I realize things happen, (in this case their help didn't show) but call in other help if feasible., which I do believe they did do.

Environment in Room

Pros: The front desk staff was great.
Cons: Cleanliness after each guest.
Location: Great.
There was condensation on the heating/air system in the room. The bed near the window where the unit was remained damp. My granddaughter has allergies; but all three of us in the room has some irritation. You may want to check for mold or problems with that particular unit (in Room 200). The conditions in my second room (202) was not a problem. Around the bed's base had not been vacuumed after the previous guest.
