Great family getaway

The property was exactly as described. We had beautiful views and the location provided seclusion without feeling isolated. We had lots of fun playing rounds of pool, spending time in the hot tub, and making s'mores by the fire. The cabin was clean and well furnished. We were able to navigate Brother's Cove in our Honda Odyssey van, so the steep roads were manageable. We felt very safe here as well.

Anniversary Trip

The cabin is exactly as pictured. The view from the living room is beautiful. It is located in a great area. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Owner is quick to respond to questions. It was clean and well stocked. No complaints! We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Christmas stay

This cabin is everything described. Clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The property management gentleman is excellent at his job. Answered all questions quickly and was super helpful. Highly recommend this cabin.

Much needed getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Good Times, beautiful, clean, peaceful… it was such a much needed break for us. The nearby wildfire had us a bit nervous, thankfully they got it contained.

Bear Visit

Very nice cabin well equipped for me. Had a bear visit, first he was on the front porch lying like a dog then he went around to the back deck got on the hot tub and drank my wife's cocktail... Awesome experience... I think he got drunk because a few minutes later he was on the roof of the neighbors truck... It was great, shall return..

Mountain getaway

Such a relaxing vacation. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, firepit, and cooking meals on the grill. We did have a bear in the yard on two different days. Sitting on the deck at night and only hearing the noise of insects was surreal. The views were just beautiful! I would definitely come back again.

Great location

The stay was overall good. The location and views are perfection. The set up of the bedrooms were good. The cabin is as pictured. However, the beds were uncomfortable. They sink to the middle so this is an age thing not a preference thing. Lastly, the back porch lights did not work. We contacted management and never heard back. That’s disappointing. The back deck is unusable after dusk bc of this. It’s too dark. The guest book had previous guest complain about it as well.

Beautiful and secluded

We were so excited to spend our time at this cabin. It was absolutely stunning. One of the cleanest properties we have rented in the Smokies. Price was very reasonable. It's in a gated community with other cabins but they are not butted up against each other. We felt totally secluded while enjoying the back porch and fire pit. We will definitely use Cabins in the Clouds for our next stay! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely property with us! The Davis' Morehead, KY

Great vacation the place was very relaxing and clean. I will suggest Keep all new batteries on the front door lock i would hate for another family to experience a lock out when they arrive how i did especially after daylight regardless of how long they had to wait until they get in contact with a host.

The perfect 20 year anniversary!

My husband and I wanted to go back to where we honeymooned for our 20 year anniversary and this cabin was everything we needed! We did spend our week riding all over the area on our motorcycle which was amazing! The road to the cabin is steep and the driveway is even steeper so our trailer could have been an issue but we were able to park it by the office along with a couple of other trailers who faced the same issue. The location is beautiful and was as described. My only complaint was no bear sightings 🐻 lol

I'm jealous...

This property was amazing and I am jealous of the owner, haha! This place is a gem. I lived in Asheville for years and I can tell you that the views are great, the location is both secluded and close to everything you would want. The amenities are perfect too. I would've been perfectly happy with picking up groceries and not leaving the cabin for the week. However, there's a ton of stuff to do nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the owner for sharing this wonderful property.

Almost perfect

This property was perfect for 2 couples. The cleanliness was amazing. The size was nice, we enjoyed the closeness. The pool table was very nice. (They could definitely use some new pool cues). It has the most perfect view!!! The only thing we would fix is all the light bulbs are those blinding new LEDs, including tons of lighting outside, which diminishes the beauty outside. Other than those details. The house was great.

Great Spring Break Trip

When we booked the cabin months ago they were having software issues and we thought the cabin would be different. After a change of plans we kept our reservation and made the best of it. It looks like it’s been resolved now. We really enjoyed the cabin. It was cozy and had everything we needed. It got us away from the crowds in town but still had a great view. The family enjoyed the pool table, the deck and the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was very quick and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.
