The cabin was in a great area, close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Cabin was neat, clean, and had all the essentials. It was great for our family! We especially loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings. It was very peaceful. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Sleepin Inn

The cabin was placed perfectly between Peigon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice and cozy and sleeping arrangements were great for a family. Had a great stay.

A few issues, no water pressure, water smells bad, rotten board on front porch but overall cabin was in a excellent location as far as attractions. Clean but a little outdated but enjoyed our stay. No swing and no good views

Part of the Adventure

"Sleepin Inn" is just as described and we enjoyed our stay. Well located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing is the water doesn’t smell great. Smells like the water hasn’t been ran enough/pipes need to be flushed.

This is a nice cabin nestled way up on a mountain but close enough to Dollywood/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg to enjoy it all.

Great location!

Amazing location and we’ve got to see many bears each day. It was a blast. We also used the pool table a lot during the night and our baby fur’ had a great time too. We’ll be back!

Very nice cabin

The stay was great. Only thing is road’s getting to the cabin were very steep and curvy. The wife isn’t a fan of that.

Nice but outdated

The stay was nice, the area was quite and I was pleased with the hot tub and bath tub however the washer and dryer did not work/out dated. The pool table was nice and the place was roomy but we did have a huge black bug crawling on our bed, my husband was able to get it to go outside.

Cozy and we saw BEARS!

This property was very cute and in a very quaint location. Just watch out for the fact that there are no shoulders on the way up to the cabin, and the road is very narrow. The cabin inside was cozy and very clean. We slept well and enjoyed both porches. A few simple upgrades would really make a big difference; new showerheads and toilets, a couple of SMART TVs, and a wine opener would be great. Also some 409 or cleaning supplies.

Can use some updating in the rooms and furniture

The rental was ok a little over priced for what I rented but all in all there was plenty of parking but like other cabins basement don't get any heat unless you root out the people upstairs they need to put and extra unit or a mini split system or 2 zones on the heater

Door mishap

The overall stay was pleasant but the main bedroom door can totally off (frame and all) when I tried to enter it. Turns out finishing nails were used to secure it. There were also coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. The downstairs did smell a little. Other than that, good stay.

Unsafe

This place is unsafe with the electrical wiring. When plugging in something it sparked and knocked out power several times. We called Summitt and they said they would have someone out the next day. Had to call fire department because felt unsafe. Roof leaked, coffee pot did y work. Down stairs bath was filthy and toilet ran all the time. Not enough silverware. Worst experience I have ever had with VRBO.

If you like sewage. You'll like this

The check in was alright. Quick and easy. But the smell in the cabin when the water is turn on smelt so bad!! It smell like sewage! The shower head downstairs is so dirty, there's orange gunck coming out of it. The jacuzzi was huge but my I can't use it without the whole cabin stink up with the awful smell. There's gotta be something wrong with their pipes or plumbing because it smell so bad!!! We weren't able to shower for the whole weekend and brush our teeth. We won't be coming back to this cabin

Cozy Cabin Stay

The cabin was nicely furnished with two beds on separate floors. The Christmas decor was a great touch and it felt warm and inviting. Getting the location was challenging and should not be atttempted in inclement conditions. The last .5 mile up the mountain is fairly steep. My only complaints were the quality of the water at this location. It smelled like sulphur and didnt tast great. I would recommend buying bottled water. The dryer did not work terribly well. It could take about 2 hours to dry a load of laundry. The view was nice and the back deck offered a place to sit and swing and just take in the mountain air. I would recommend this cabin to others looking for a Gatlinburg / mountain vacation experience.

The cabin itself was beautiful. However, there were issues that prevented us from staying for our 3 night stay as planned. Renters Beware! The water in the cabin has a bad odor and smells like sewage. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. And after just 1 shower, that was enough for me. I felt dirtier when I got out of the shower than before I got in. There's also a musky moldy smell or something seriously wrong with the air quality in the basement that caused my asthma/copd to flare up! We also had minor issues such as a terribly filthy garbage can in the pool room, filthy stains all over the carpet/ceiling and garbage strung about the property (trash and empty water bottles). I wish we could have enjoyed our mountain getaway, unfortunately it was ruined by the water and air quality! I tried speaking with the rental agency multiple times and they were not willing to offer a partial refund. Hard earned money was wasted on this one. We will NOT be back to this rental.
