Adorable cabin. Loved the Christmas lights on the front porch and the Christmas tree in the living room. The pool was a hit with the kids, although the hot tub never got above a lukewarm temperature. Nonetheless, the kids enjoyed it and didn't complain. This was the best stocked cabin we've ever stayed in so huge bonus points for that. Plenty of portable fans, laundry/dish pods, towels, extra linen, and even snacks. We would definitely stay agin.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was perfect for our whole family—spacious, comfortable, and well laid out so everyone had plenty of room. The location was incredibly convenient and close to everything we needed.The steep driveway even added some fun and entertainment to our stay—it’s definitely steep, but totally manageable!The host was more than accommodating and responded quickly to every question we had.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay again!

The property was great and the communication was fantastic. We were in town for a destination wedding and it was located in a perfect spot to do everything we wanted while we were in the area! The cabin was a little smaller than the images show, but still worked perfectly for us. They’re only a couple of things that I would recommend. One is the cookware. While I am a fan of cast-iron cookware, it should also be complimented with some other options. The hot tub also did not heat up very fast and took a considerable amount of time due to the timer setting. Because we were in and out so much, we never actually got the opportunity for the hot tub to heat up. Overall, the place is great though and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking into staying there.

The pool needed more water. I spent an hour filling it with water. I did because the pool pump was very loud every night. I finally figured out there was no water going into the pump, it was spitting out air into the pool & the pump run loudly. The pump is under the master bedroom. I could hear it run at night. I thought about messaging the host but it was to late. I wanted to sleep before we left the next day.The cabin needs a deep clean. the furnace filter needs to be changed, the door that pulls the return air is filthy. There is what I believe is a dead reptile underneath the baseboard in the basement level. Under all the couches has lots of pet hair and food. I look under and make sure my kids' toys were not under the furniture. The outlets in the master bath don't work. They are not gfci. Upstairs shower doent drain well.The coffee pot has the clean light on, too. I ran water through it a few times to freshen it before I used it. The washer and dryer closet is dirty.There was no chalk for the pool table. one of the sticks was missing the tip. One of the joysticks is broken on the game console, we couldn't play together. dehumidifiers were full apon arrival and smelled. I dump them out. There was slimy black mold insides of them. We did use them the first day and then turned them off because of mold & it pumped out heat. The carpet smelled like pee.

Fun and cozy

Had a wonderful getaway with my grand daughters! And like most of the reviews, they both loooooooved the pool. Used it everyday. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio. Great location that’s close to restaurants and all the fun places the G kids enjoyed! Kitchen had everything I needed and even some extra conveniences that came in handy. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

Family Trip

The cabin was clean, and had all the utensils and supplies you need for a week away. The communication with the host was quick and easy. I'm no expert at renting cabins, but i feel like we got a great deal for 5 nights. Plus, there is a small pool on the bottom level. Came with 2 young children who stayed in the pool as much as they could. The hot tub did not get very hot but it was still nice.

Sits nestled high up in-between mountains. Extremely quiet location. The cabin is very well appointed, they definitely furnished with a taste for comfort and quality. We will definitely try to book again!

Amazing Cabin nestled in TN

Wow! What an amazing stay! Typically, we stay at a resort when visiting the area but this year, we decided for privacy with a pool!! My favorite part of our stay was the great attention to detail that the hosts put into this property! They thought of it all! The location is also easily accessible to the main strip of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our hosts were very communicative and there is access to an online guide, which fully prepares you for the cabin and surrounding area. 10/10!

Not worth the price Hot tub does not get hot

The cabin itself is nice but we encounter several issues during our stay. The host was super responsive up until the issues occurred. 1.) Hot tub does not get hot. Some of the jets blow cold water no matter how long the timer has ran. I talked to the host before we went and she said the hot tub is on a timer and ensured it would heat up to 100 degrees after running a few cycles. My bath water is hotter than the hot tub. 2. The arcade game was broken and the right joystick did not work.3. There was a horrible smell coming out of the master bathroom vent. I had to cover it with a towel and still couldn’t stand to even brush my teeth in there.4. When the upstairs shower was running we had water running down the wall in the master bathroom.5. The pool table was missing balls. 6.The ceiling fans had a lot of dust and had not been cleaned prior to our stay. 7. The host was super responsive until I had issues she then said that she would send her handy man out. He said that he would have to fix these things after we left. When I ask about the hot tub I then got no response from the host or the handy man ever again. This cabin is over rated and I would not have spent that much money on something that I couldn’t even get ready in the master bath. We will not be using this host again!

Feel deceived

My wife and I selected this property as a break from home strictly on the fact that the hot tub was indoors. Since we were staying in January and spend a lot of time in the hot tub this swayed our decision. On arrival the hot tub was cold and I contacted the property owners. They blamed a confusing switch at first, then said it had to run for at least 3 hours to heat up. It never did. The following day they advised a repairman stopped by while we were out and fixed it by bypassing a solenoid and it raised 2 degrees while he was there. The temp remained in the low 80's. Industry standards are 100-102 for normal operating temps. So instead of indoor, we had no hot tub for the whole stay. We also saw entries in the guest book and VRBO where prior guests complained about the hot tub not working over 30 days ago, but the owners still seemed surprised when I called.The description says it's a steep driveway, but that's an understatement. Our AWD slipped going up in the rain and the anti-lock kicks in on the way down in the rain.The rental agreement requires a 10-day notice if you plan to leave a negative review so the owners can address it. I provided the 10-day notice and never received a response. Disappointing.

The people that own this could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area. It is on an incline and with snowy weather, you may have to park at the bottom of the hill; but that is to be expected sometimes in the middle of January in Tennessee. Great overall experience.

Cabin was nice

Cabin was very nice , they say pool and hot tub is heated to 82 degrees it was not . It was so cold property owner said it’s because the property was vacant and just needed constant turning of the heater . We did this for 3 days nonstop the pool was 66 degrees and the hot tub was 68 , The driveway is terrible falling rocks where you park and not much of a yard if you take pets . The driveway is very steep if you don’t have 4 wheel drive don’t rent this cabin . The views are misleading on the website .
