The apartment itself was nice. When we stayed it was very warm outside which was extremely hot inside especially upstairs as it’s by the roof. The hotel.com website does not state that there’s no air conditioning in the unit. Although it does not specifically state there is AC, we just assumed it had it. When we mentioned to the staff the unit is very hot they did not apologize or seemed to care at all and only stated “it says on the website there’s no AC”. Hotels.com should really update their website to include this very important information."
