Welcome to your spacious lakefront retreat! This lakefront home is just 12 minutes from Clemson University, and nestled along the serene shores of Lake Hartwell in a peaceful neighborhood. Sit and enjoy sunsets from your westward facing private dock in the evening time after a fun filled day of kayaking, swimming, fishing or boating. This spacious home offers great sleeping spaces- including not one, but TWO master king bedrooms with en suites, making this home the ideal vacation spot for families and friends!

A private neighborhood boat ramp is conveniently located less than a minute from the home. Use the boat ramp to launch your own boat or other lake toys to keep at the dock. As you turn to face the back of the home, you’ll notice two large entertaining porches to choose from; the perfect spaces to enjoy your meals, play board games, or simply relax with a great book. The upper porch is located directly off of the living room and kitchen for easy meal access, and is completely screened in.

Offering 4 total bedrooms with not one, but two master bedrooms with en suites! The first master bedroom is located on the top floor of the home with a spacious king bed and adjoining master bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a separate stand up shower. On that same floor, you will also find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. These two queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom and shower. On the third and lowest level of this retreat you will find the second king suite bedroom, which also provides a trundle bed adding two extra twin mattresses. This bedroom has its own adjoining master bathroom providing both a soaking tub and separate stand up shower. And lastly, a sleeper sofa located on the main floor living room offers another great sleeping space.

This third level also has an additional game and entertaining space with a tv, football themed arcade game, foosball table, interactive dart board, a mini pool table and more! It's the perfect space for you and your friends and family to hang out.

Please Note: This is a pet friendly property, pets must be approved for your stay. Please note that there is a pet fee required for anyone staying with a dog of $150 for one dog, and $300 for two dogs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Each bedroom has a laundry bag in that bedrooms closet- please put used sheets/pillowcases in it and leave on the laundry room floor. Put dirty towels in the washer with a Tide pod and start it.
Please load and start the dishwasher.  Supplies are under the sink.  Please use only the dishwasher soap, not dish soap.
Bag trash & remove everything from the fridge/freezer, and put it in the garbage cans located at the top of the driveway in the fenced in area (extra garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved this beautiful home on the lake! After full, busy days at the ASAC horse show, this home is the perfect place to relax and unwind.Communication with the owner was excellent. The home is ultra-clean! We felt at home and will definitely be back!

Quick trip to Clemson

This was a nice house to have a family stay. Very clean and well kept. The property had family friendly games so everyone could play. The small pool table was fun and no one had an advantage. Too warm for the fire pit, but still pleasant to sit around. Quick drive into Clemson. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lake.
