Friendly staff, nice, clean facility. Our family was displaced due to a fire in our home. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to ensure that we had a stress free stay.

A Room With No Place To Hang A Coat??

Have you ever seen a hotel/motel room with no place to hang anything?? We had to hang everything on doorknobs! Have you been somewhere where the plumbing under the sink is totally exposed and leaking? Well, I have now! Obviously, this property is in need of some renovation and we were assured that it is ongoing. On the positive note, the AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was genuine with their smiles, but they offered little defense of their workplace. I hope they really do get things a bit nicer for everyone involved.

Pleasantly suprised

For the star level of this hotel I was very pleased with the condition of both the inside and outside of the hotel. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Shabby Chic? Not so much!

The motel was tucked away in an industrial area. It just did not feel safe and there were quite a few questionable characters around. The room was very small but pretty clean. The toilet seat was hanging on one hinge. The paint was peeling in places. The carpets were stained and the corners of the rooms were dusty. We have stayed at many Quality Inn's in the past and this was, by far the most disappointing experience we've had with Quailty Inn.

The trip was due to brother passing and they were very kind.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
The attendant was so kind to change my room so I could have a ground floor due to husbands physical condition. It was clean and plenty of parking for a few visitors I had. The breakfast was very good and fresh. Mostly I appreciate the kindness.
