Thank you for the feedback and we will address these issue with our housekeeping staff. We had a large amount of checkouts but there is no reason that your room should not have been ready upon arrival. We apologize and will do our best to imporve

Property is modern and new. Breakfast area was large and breakfast foods were ample.Good area with everything you would need conveniently located nearby. There is no pool. Our room did not get serviced between our first night and second night.
