Terrible. Everything was a huge disappointment. Holiday Inn's are usually dependable and good value. This was the opposite. Very dirty. under construction. Felt unsafe. Looked and felt like a homeless shelter. Bad neighbourhood. Pool and spa area being used for construction material storage. Front desk staff was slow to do everything. Hotel manager was "unavailable" for 2 days (after we checked out after the first night of our booked 3-night stay), to discuss the refund. Still nothing back - the phone number they gave me is ringing through to a fax machine. The on-line chat said they left a message and they will call me.... Time will tell. Over-all horrible experience.

Specifically booked a hotel with a pill and restaurant, both were closed for extensive renovation. I understand tar things need to be repaired and upgraded, but the girls should be honest about what services are not available. Disappointed kids to say the least

The front desk was fabulous. We were disappointed with our room. The carpet smelled really bad. We were told that we were in a room on a floor that didn’t allow pets but the carpet did smell like it had dogs in it many times before. The breakfast we had in the restaurant was excellent.

Old, aged hotel

I thought booking at a Holiday Inn would be a safe bet. This hotel is very aged and not well kept. The bathroom door in our room didn't close, because the door was too big for the frame. The TV remore was very dirty and had visible dirty areas and it was sticky. This is a 2-star hotel (at best), charging 4-star rates.
