The bathroom water had leaks in each cabinet. Overall room was very old and I kept sneezing due to allergies. These rooms definitely need to be updated for the price you pay

The property is set on absolutely beautiful grounds—the landscaping is immaculate and the mountain views are breathtaking. The lobby looks stunning, even though it’s under renovation, and every staff member I met was genuinely kind and helpful. For the price I paid, especially for Sedona, it was a solid value. That being said, there are some things I wish I had known ahead of time. The property was originally built like an apartment complex, so there are no elevators in any of the buildings. Watching older guests in their 60s, 70s, 80s, even 90s carrying luggage up the stairs was tough to see. Parking is also an issue—the roads are very narrow one-ways, and when cars park along the sides, it becomes tight and hard to navigate, especially in the dark. Signs on the buildings aren’t easy to spot at night either. Inside the unit, the furniture is definitely dated and shows its age. There’s no traditional room service; instead, deliveries come by golf cart, which works, but doesn’t give you the polished feel of a five-star resort. The amenities overall don’t quite match how beautiful the grounds are, and I’d love to see some restructuring as renovations continue. In the end, it’s a property with huge potential—amazing views, unbeatable setting, friendly service, and a price point that made it worth it for me. Just know going in that while the surroundings feel five-star, the interiors and amenities aren’t there yet.

Our room was in the back of the resort, not close to any of the amenuties. The room was old, had no housekeeping services, no bottles of water. To have paid a daily resort fee for nothing extra was very dissappoibting. Will not return.
