The room was spotless. Large and comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The Parking is large and goes around the property so you could park in a spot where you can see your car for ease of mind. Breakfast was really good. Their coffee is also good. Uptown Sedona is a 12-15 mins drive. All the hikes are a short drive as well. There have fresh drinking water in the lobby to refill your bottles. There was no microwave in the room but there was one in the hall by the elevator.
As of our visit Jan 2026, carpet in the halls is due for a cleaning. Carpet in room was clean.

The rooms are great, spacious and spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel bathroom sparkle. It was unexpected if I’m being honest. The view from the rooms is unbeatable. Location is the best (I prefer west Sedona to upper Sedona or Oak Creek, much less “made for tourists”) The staff is great. We were pleasantly surprised with bang for your buck here.

Many breakfast option compared to other hotels I have stayed. The location was perfect. The Vino di Sedona wine restaurant by the property just a few steps. Will stay here again if I return to this city.

The check-in process was very easy, and parking and finding the room were simple as well. I didn’t take advantage of many of the on-site amenities because I was out hiking and exploring most of the time. The location was perfect, right in the middle of many trails I wanted to accomplish during this trip. I really appreciated the included continental breakfast, as it helped fuel me up before heading out for the day. I didn’t see many reviews mention the breakfast, so I wanted to share details. Each morning there were eggs, sausage, and some style of potatoes. There were also toast, danishes or croissants, english muffins, along with cereal, yogurt, fruit, and coffee options. Parking was easy, and the lighting around the property was plentiful, which made me feel comfortable coming and going. There was a little noticeable wear and tear, but I was comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.

The room was good. The shower had a lot of left over hair and conditioner was empty and broken. The thermostat also had low batteries so when I tried to turn on the heater, it kept switching on and off making a consistent clicking sound every 10 seconds or so.

It was an okay atmosphere - parking is situated too close to the building - hearing cars and other patrons woke me up a couple times but not bad overall. The breakfast area was kinda cramped so I ate outside and they ran out of coffee lids!! Seems dangerous to me to run out of something that could prevent a lawsuit. Rooms were extremely clean and the bed was comfy though.
