Perfect location, excellent space

We had a group of 8 people for my husbands birthday celebration weekend, and this property checked all the boxes for us. It had ample sleeping options, a great sized kitchen/living room, and the shuffleboard table was a fun bonus! Ash was extremely responsive and clear, and check in and check out was very easy!

Perfect Property !

This property truly deserves the high ratings it gets. The location is perfect for multiple purposes in the area, the accommodations and little extras are GREAT, the view from the roof is incredible, everything is clean and well-labeled, and the host is super responsive to questions and requests Our group of 7 old friends found this to be the perfect spot to call home on a 3 day trip to the city. Would stay here again 100%Thanks for everything!!

Great location & lots of space!

We each had our own floor for sleeping which was perfect. The kitchen & living area was a nice space for all of us. The rooftop was great for games & enjoying time together. The home had views of the city, and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking for our group. The garage to park one of the cars was a bonus. We took Ubers to the Mariner games and some took Lime Scooters back. We would stay here again!

Great city retreat

We stayed in this condo for a family trip to seattle to do touristy things. Every member of our group enjoyed themsleves in this home. The sun came out for a perfect sun bathing experience on the rooftop deck the day we arrived. The host, Ash, is really great about getting back to you regqrding anything, which is nice. We will definitely stay here agqin!

Perfect location!

The location of the home was perfect, and other than a trip to Tahoma National Cemetery we were 15-20 minutes to most of our destinations. Once we figured out how to get to the garage, parking was easy and entering from the garage to the center of the home made navigating the stairs, for my elderly mother, much easier! She was able to stay in the bedroom on the 3rd floor giving her easy access to the main rooms (living/kitchen) and a walk in shower. As grown adults, it was nice to be able to separate by floor . We were able to easily get groceries and food delivered using Instacart and Door Dash Apps and enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck! The neighborhood was quiet and felt quite safe. Our host was very responsive to questions and input.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location and we were able to navigate around okay. The only thing we noticed was a musty smell in one of the bathrooms…not sure if that was from water damage or just coincidental. The place was overall clean but we could tell some of the areas were not clean when we arrived. Overall we had a good experience!

Taste of Seattle

This house is in a perfect location, close to downtown with a beautiful view of the water and stunning sunrises. Although the home has lots of stairs, it is a very typical style for the area. The internal design is really well done, with lots of warm art, table pieces, plants and lots of candles. Although we did not tour this particular street, if you take a car tour of Seattle the Queen Anne area which is where this house is, is part of the tour. A truly lovely neighborhood.

First time in Seattle

Property is lovely. There are a lot of stairs but the climb to the roof top deck was worth it. Lowest level bathroom could have been cleaner but overall, a stunning place to stay.

Cool Home and not Clean

The house is nice and as pictured but it was really dirty. There was sticky stuff all over the roof top and dirty counters. The towels were clean but wet out of the dryer. There was no recycling. The dishes were full in the dishwasher. The propane tank was empty and we are supposed to get our own propane. This was not advertised.

Family trip

Perfect for a family if you’re able to do stairs. Parking was tricky so we ended up ubering most places and wished we would have not rented a vehicle. The house was spacious and clean. There was a small grocery store within walking distance. Not many walking options for food. Overall the house was great and felt safe.

Queen Anne neighborhood Seattle stay

This house is absolutely perfect and the location was just right. We had a total of 10 adults and teens in our party. We stayed here for several days after our Alaskan cruise. We loved the location, decor and space; and the rooftop was an ideal spot for us to hang out with an incredible view. The manager responded quickly to our requests and was easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing this awesome space with us while we were taking in all Seattle had to offer!

Amazing weekend in Seattle

The property was comfortable, clean and close to everything. Our favorite feature was the rooftop deck, I only wish we had better weather so we could use it more. Our family had a great weekend stay. Great stay!! Kids all surprised dad by just arriving via Uber at the fabulous home. Hardest part was trying to make excuses to hubby as to why we needed so much space for just the 2 of us at first😂

Queen Anne - Immaculate

Our family stayed in this Queen Anne rental for 3 nights in March. The rental was as described and immaculate and well taken care of. It had several stories (stairs), with a bedroom on each floor (2 bedrooms on the ground floor). The kitchen was very modern with all of the essentials. The mater bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Great for larger groups or families. The rooftop view was spectacular, especially on a clear day. We loved the location; very convenient to Seattle and colleges in the area as well as many restaurants and places to visit. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the view- cherry blossoms blooming. Parking was available on the street near the rental (if needed) in addition to the two parking spots provided. The garage may not fit large SUVs. The owner/manager, Ash was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental; our trip was too short. Thank you
