My siblings and I stayed there for Thanksgiving week. The house was nice & worked well for us but a few things you should know... my my siblings are not young so know that there are stairs and lots of them! If you have bad knees, feet, etc this might not be the place for you... everything is on a different floor. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms (the smaller one) has no window so if you are filling all 4 bedrooms, someone might not be thrilled with that. Those are just house facts. Otherwise, the place was clean, nice and had plenty of kitchen stuff... pretty much everything you need. Nice bar cart (handy for our t-giving dinner) and they also have some basic food stuff (spices, coffee, etc). My only issue was there were not enough towels for us... basically one per person, very few washcloths, hand towels.... we emailed to get more and while the owner got the message, nothing was done about it. They did not deliver or even offer to deliver more towels. We were there for 5 days. Otherwise, it was a great place and the owner was quick to respond to emails (but not getting us towels) and was pleasant. It was cold when we were there but the rooftop is fabulous, a great place to hang if the weather cooperates.
