Walk to cafes, restaurants and the picturesque Woodland Park or drive into the heart of Downtown & all its attractions just 15 mins away.
The Space:
You’ll feel right at home the minute you enter this charming basement level retreat with its bright, sun-filled rooms, inviting living space and gorgeous décor - this central Phinney hideaway is the ideal base to experience the city like a true local.
Lay back on the comfortable chaise lounge as you stream all your favorites on the wall mounted TV, play one of the many boardgames on offer or simply lose yourself exploring potential regional recreational activities
Also within the living area is the chic workspace where you can catch up on work or study with free WiFi to keep you connected and a small home gym with an exercise mat, free weights and bands.
Cook up breakfast lunch and dinner within the well equipped kitchenette that features a small oven, a microwave, a mini fridge, coffee maker and a soda stream. Also within the kitchen is the European style laundry with a washing machine and dryer to keep you feeling fresh and clean during your stay.
Step through into the beautiful, sun-filled bedroom that offers a comfortable queen bed topped in soft, quality linen along with a full-size mirror, a large dresser and reading lamps for when you can’t put the book down.

Walk to Ken’s market and stock up on all the essentials for your stay then shop til you drop at Westlake Center and Pacific Place in the heart of Downtown just 5 miles away.
