Completely new and modern design, huge bedroom and bathroom in comparison to other Courtyard Marriotts. And much nicer! I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I stayed one night. The lobby and outdoor main spaces were beautiful and on a Friday evening, was hopping with people eating and drinking. I was told they have social events every weekend.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are friendly. There were problems though. The biggest issue was that we were denied the complimentary breakfast. One of the reasons I booked a stay at this property was beacuse of the complimentary breakfast that was included in the Expedia information and subsequent reservation. We were told by two different staff members that because we booked our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott, we did not receive breakfast. Apparently breakfast was only for Residence Inn guests. Totally embarrassing for us and extremely disappointing. Furthermore, there were no pool towels, so we had to use our bathroom towels. We asked for more of those, they were never delivered to the room as promised. Lastly, the bedsheets were intolerably scratchy. I slept poorly because of it.

The ac doesn’t work, and since they are overbooked, they even cannot change the room, and we have to stay in the cold room whole night. And the smell in the room makes people uncomfortable.
