Every aspect of our stay was ideal. From the reception when we entered to departure, everyone associated with the hotel was professional, helpful, friendly and cooperative. We stay there to see family, and have several times over three years! There are many things that need to be attended. Carpets are worn, furniture unclean, but the sheets/towels are clean and staff works hard to help! Need some investment in the upkeep of paint, hardware, showers, & flooring. Plants in the hot tub, holes in the driveway, entrance not kept clean, etc….even the tags for housekeeping were so worn… I threw ours away! Needs attention before it becomes too worn out!
