"The staff are excellent; friendly and efficient. They are 5 star. The 3 star comes from a couple of things: we were advised on check in that we were upgraded to a queen room. But having stayed here twice before, it was exactly the same room (dimensions , facilities ) as previous. Secondly the beds are not comfortable at all. My husband and I slept poorly both nights we stayed, and I’m currently at the Chiro to correct the damage. It’s a shame because everything else is good. "
